Thanks, Jerry. I downloaded the program again but now I have a different problem. Each time I try to install it, I get an Installer error: "Set up is unable to shut down True Vector service. Install cannot continue without shutting down the True Vector service. Please use the service manager to shut down the True Vector service and then restart the install program."
I have no idea where the TrueVector or service manager is. I did a Search without any success. I still need your help.

Download it again. You should not have had a problem installing it.

Using Windows XP, SP2, I.E. and O.E. I downloaded the Free ZoneAlarm program and when I tried to open it, I received an error box: C:\Documents and Settings\ZoneAlarm.exe if not a valid Win 32 application. What did I do wrong? Any help out there?
