The [Winkey+R] is a keyboard shortcut for the Run dialog box. Just type
this in the Run dialog box:
cmd /k REG ADD "HKCR\Drive\Shell" /ve /d none
and then
cmd /k REG ADD "HKCR\Directory\Shell" /ve /d none
