Very carefully, recheck your registry at key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell
Does it have a sub-key "Create_File_Listing" ?
{ Expand the + sign to expand the entire \Folder key and its sub-keys as well. }
If you have this sub-key, yes you can delete it.
