Bluetooth Module Corruption

I was trying to upgrade the bluetooth stack on XP Pro on a Dell
Inspiron 9300.
Something happened during the install and computer froze.
I had to hard reboot.

I now have no bluetooth and cannot install any version of bluetooth
due to the installer giving me an error message:
Internal Eror 2753
F2911_TosBtMng.exe

It appears that the program has semi-uninstalled.
Trying Add/Remove programs will not uninstall it.
Trying to reinstall brings not joy.

Is there a way to fix this by either hacking registry or, some other
method so I can reinstall. I don't particularly want to reinstall XP
from scratch to fix this.
