Hello R L,
When trying to install software you get the error message:
16 bit Windows Subsystem
c:\windows\system32\config.nt
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
Applications.
Chose close to terminate the application.
The config.nt and the autoexec.nt were missing or corrupt in the
%SystemRoot%\system32\ directory. Those files are used to initialize the
MS-DOS
environment. The software that you are installing may have to use the MS-DOS
enviroment.
Resolution is below;
Error message when you install or start an MS-DOS or 16-bit Windows-based
program:
