Window XP User Sign-In E-mails waiting

Can anyone help me? I have a problem. When my computer is turned on and it is
at the user sign in screen it is supposed to show each users new e-mails by
their name. The problem is, I had to re-install windows (virus) & now MY user
name is showing MY e-mails AND another users e-mails by MY name. The other
user does not show e-mails waiting for him by HIS user name but once he goes
into his account, low and behold, the e-mails are there just like it says by
MY name.

The surname mailbox is needed just as you would expect, also some people just do work from another branch and this would be more mess than necessary if mixed in the common mailbox. ...
