i tried using your way, but i encountered a problem.
1) Note You must select a number before you press ENTER, or the computer will
restart. Typically, only the 1: C:\Windows selection is available
does it mean i enter 1?i did enter 1 after that i was asked 4 a password.

im not sure how exactly should i do this step? cd $ntuninstallKB KB890859
$\spuninst and then press enter?i tried..but it says the parameter is not
valid.
can you give me abit more detail?as im not very fluent with computer
languanges. thanks.hope to hear a reply as soon as possible.
