| something like liutilities.com which will give you a quick synopsis

| file and what it does and where it came from. You're right in that
the list

| Click start/run and type msconfig, then click ok. Go to the startup
tab and
| uncheck the unneeded/undesired ones. Click apply/ok and reboot. This
will
| also reduce the number of related processes you are seeing in Task
Manager.
