My kids computer had 12 virus. After Norton got em all, still many items would not work. i.e. the sound card would not produce. Later I checked services.msc and found ALL items have been disabled. If I change one to manual or auto, later it goes back to diasabled. WHY? Can I select numerous entries and set them to manual or auto as required? Scott
