It's telling you that the version of XP on the computer is newer than the
one on the CD; it's that simple. If that CD is all you have for XP, then
that's all you have to work with. If it's a new purchase, go back and talk
to whre you bought it. If not, you'l have to use the CD as it is.
Something tells me there is pirated software somewhere there; be careful if
you're the one did the pirating: MS can tell now when you go for updates.
