Registry Error

Every time I log off Windows Xp Home Edition a warning event is logged in the
Event Viewer. The Event Viewer can be found on the Administrative Tools Menu
on the Start Menu.
The error message reads as follows:
Source: Userenv
Category: None
Type: Warning
Event ID: 1517
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Description:
Windows saved user "Computer Name"\user registry while an application or
service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the
user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is
no longer in use.
This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring
the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How do I find out what service(s) are running as a user account?
And how do I configure the service(s) to run in a LocalService or
NetworkService account?
And which account is best to change the service to? A LocalService account
or a NetworkService account?
Please help me with this problem.
THANK YOU,
Techno Phobe.
