Re: Log-in window
Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
Hi Moonlight,
Click Start, Run and type CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2, and click Ok. Select the
user account from the list (to which account you want to automatically
logon). Uncheck Users must enter a user name and password to use this
computer option, and click Ok. Type the user account password and complete
the process. In Windows XP Home, don't try to auto-login as the built-in
Administrator, as you'll receive a restrictions error.

Hello,
I have windows xp professional, and everytime i open my computer, a
log-in window appears up (stating that i have to right my user name and
password to continue) but when i dont type anything and just press
'enter' , i proceed normally to my computer. But how can i take this
log-in window away so that i dont have to press 'enter' everytime to
move on ?
Thanx for your help
