Helen,

For future reference:

Try Trend Micro's Sysclean package (free), it's capable of eliminating keyloggers, trojans etc. Full instructions at:

Did what you said, and I seem to have no problems now. I scanned with AVG,
Norton's, etc., etc, and everything came up clean. Thank you.

BlankDelete it from the quarantine area. Turn off system restore and
reboot. Turn on system restore. Some malware can, and will, hide copies in
the system restore points. This is why they come back after you have
supposedly removed them.

I have AVG on my system and it shows that I have 2 Trojan horse viruses on
my system. These are the results... They have been quarantined, but can't
be cleaned.

 File Name...... sporder.dll
 path.....C:\\windows\system32
 Source.. Backup copy
 Trojan horse Dialer 17.H
 Not healable.

 File Name..... A0067228,dll
Path.....C:\\System Volume Information\restore (then a bunch of numbers)
 Trojan horse Dialer 17.H
 Source... Backup copy
 Not healable..

It has been quarantined, and I've run many system scans..ie: panda...trend
micro, etc, and it turns up clean.

What should I do about it? Just delete it from the quarantine file....or
should I turn off system restore and then re-enable it again.

I'm pretty new to pc's, and don't want to mess up my system... It's
working great...

 Thank you.

 Helen
