It's not unusual for another companies virus scanner to report
that it found a few items that Norton missed but when you say
that Panda found 67 that makes me wonder just how good a job
Norton is doing.

So now that the NetDetect time has been changed are the popups
still popping? Post back and update us if you can.

Before you decide to scrap Norton you might want to consider
uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if this takes care of the
problems. On the other hand, if you've lost confidence in it's
ability to protect your computer, it may be time try another
product. Not to beat up on Norton but some users have had
problems uninstalling NAV 2003 from within Add/Remove programs.
Here's a link that includes instructions on a procedure to follow
just in case:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2001092114452606
This is something you should only resort to if your first attempt
to uninstall NAV fails.
