On the other hand, if you've lost confidence in it's ability to protect your computer, it may be time try another product. Not to beat up on Norton but some users have had problems uninstalling NAV 2003 from within Add/Remove programs. Here's a link that includes instructions on a procedure to follow just in case: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2001092114452606 This is something you should only resort to if your first attempt to uninstall NAV fails. > To the other posters thanks for the info.
