This problem can be caused if the Wintrust.dll file is not registered correctly.
Follow these steps to register the file. Should be done while logged in as an
administrator or as a user with administrative rights.
To register Wintrust.dll
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type the following and press Enter: Regsvr32 wintrust.dll
Click OK at the next prompt.
