Download the following programs and install. Before running them make sure
and do the updates first.
Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://forum.aumha.org/downloads/cwshredder.zip
BTW, and this is just my opinion, I would remove Norton System Works from
your system. It is CrapWare and before I work on any system here I advise
the customer I either remove it or they take their system somewhere else.
If you need a good AntiVirus program then I suggest AVG by Grisoft.

They have a FREE version that works well.
