After my last automatic update ran, I am unable to start my computer. It
stays in the XP logo sreen with the blue data line running across - it sat
that way for four hours once. Without knowing much about what I was doing, I
did a system restore, which did not help. Then I went into safe mode and
removed the "hot fix" update and it still isn't helping!!! I have no clue
what is going on. And now there is no restore points to go back to in my
computer. What to do?? Will I have to reinstall XP??
