Drivers or Computer Screen?

Well i just installed a few things (Warcraft 3,Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne and
some Omega Drivers for my Radeon 9200)

When i restarted at first everything came up fine but there was no log in
screen, my computer screen was blank with a mouse pointer in the middle.
Since i couldn't do anything i held down my power button to turn my computer
off and then i started it up again then it comes with to choose Start Windows
Normally or Safe Mode options, i choose Start Windows Normally but then when
its supposed to show the wlecome screen my monitor just truns off and when i
try and turn it back on its turns back off. I tryed booting in safe mode and
reinstalling drivers that came with my PC but that didn't work so i then
tryed to do System Restore and it couldn't go back.

17" CRT Monitor
Radeon 9200
Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz With HT
256MB RAM (Two Sticks Of RAM In Dual Channel Mode)
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
