You can not change the default GUI interface for creating music CD's with any setting or option.

If that tool does not work the way you want, you might consider finding another way. Avoid the mouse, and use the Tab, and Ctrl-tab
keystrokes that navigate, acquire new software that does it the way you like, or use scripting to add to the file Properties from
the command line, (and other ways I'm not familiar with) This built-in burning software was not really designed to do the advanced
creative work you do.

Others here might know some good apps to recommend. I'm afraid my knowledge of music editors stopped years ago with "Cakewalk" ; )
