Hello,
I have an HP running XP Home. I need to upgrade to XP Pro for some new
applications software. After entering the key code, the system runs a
compatibility test and I get the follwoing:

                Windows XP Upgrade Compatibility

NVIDIA AGP filter

The currently installed driver for the NVIDIA NForce device is not
compatible with this version of Microsoft Windows. Setup will not be able to
complete.

To download a new NVIDIA NForce driver, visit NVIDIA's Web site
(www.nvidia.com). Web addresses can change, so you might be unable to connect
to this Web site.

For a list of devices supported by this version of Windows, see the list of
compatible hardware on the Microsoft Web site.

HP OfficeJet
============

The following Hewlett-Packard printers, which might have been installed on
your system, might not function properly under Microsoft Windows XP using the
printer drivers that are currently installed:

HP OfficeJet G Series Printer
HP OfficeJet K Series Printer

If you uninstall this driver before upgrade, Windows XP Setup will install a
compatible driver.

To obtain a more recent version of this printer driver, visit the
manufacturer's Web site at
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=whistler&ar=Printing&O1=hp. Web
addresses can change, so you might be unable to connect to this Web site.

The problem is I do not have any devices that are Ndivia. I have searched
the registry for Ndivia but I don't get any hits.

Any suggestions on how to get around this problem?

Thanks for any help
