Definitely a longshot coincidence. Anyway, thanks for the help. You are
right about the responses over about 10 or 15 not usually being much help,
but its the idea that it is not working correctly and needs to be fixed.

Your idea that the problem might be another program that integrates with IE
is very interesting. I touched on that by disabling all the add-ons in IE but
went no further with it. Now I think I'll investigate more thoroughly, as you
have suggested. I'll get back to you with any results. Thanks again.
