Hopefully someone can give me a little help. I have lost my poor little log
on icons and can not figure out how to get them back. I have gone through
these posts until my eyes are bleeding and can not seem to find the answer to
my problem. I have checked the "blazeware" problem, but no help there. I
have tried creating new user accounts but no help there either. I can log on
with the old control alt del method. When I try to access the user accounts
through control panel I am informed that "windows can not open the user
accounts control panel", but am able to access it through the "control
passwords2" method but when I doi that my original accounts do not show up.
But if I go through "my computer" properties and "andvanced" and then "user
profile settings" I can still see all 4 acounts now setup.
OK I've rambled long enough anyone with any piece of advice is very welcome
at this point. Was sincerly hoping to not have to reload windows again. Oh
and also I can not "restore to an earlier time". Well at least not to anytime
within the last week, tried everydays restore point with no luck. And yes
last night everything was just honky dory, shut the computer down and went to
bed. And tonight my nightmare began.
Thanks in advance to anyone who reads this just for making it through this
post.
