Running winxp pro. when I shut down I get a error that flashes so fast I have
to go to event viewer to read it.
Time service encountered an error while reading its configuration from the
registry and cannot start.
also, Time service encountered an error and was forced to shut down
0x80070002
The error # isnt much help in the Knowledge base
