Need help saving computer

I am trying to clean up and fix my cousin’s girlfriend’s computer. After
several months she finely got the admin user pw from her ex. Her user
account crashes the system half the time. When it does come up her email
won’t work. The admn account seems to logon fine but boots with several error
msgs about missing DLLs. I was finely able to download and install spybot
S&D. It found 6123 spy/addware problems, but was not able to fix 27 of them.
It said it was missing a DLL. Reinstalled same problem. Tried to install MY
NAV 2005, but could not as her computer has NAV 2000 & 2003 already
installed. Neither one works, missing DLLs. can’t uninstall them, missing
file ERROR
This machine is a Dell Dimension with an OEM install of XP Home. Any Ideas
other than shipping it off to Dell or buying a new copy of XP. She does not
know if it came with a recovery/install cd, and she can’t find one. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
