two ways to fix this or three if you like to edit the registery.
1. find that .dll file it wants to load at start up using the find command
then copy and paste to that newdot*****.dll place its looking for it.
2 down load a program called highjackthis and remove the entery that its
asking for that .dll.
3 edit the registery using regedit remember to back it up before playing
with it.
You will need to do some reading if you don't understand about regedit or
highjackthis both do the same thing but I like highjackthis easy to use.
