Check Folder options > File Types. Find the types in question (JPEG and PSD)
and click Advanced. You'll see the file type name at top by the current icon.
Hit Change Icon and find the one that it should be. For Photoshop, you'll
have to hit Browse and find the Photoshop.exe to get the icons.
