ICA file missing

iCan anyone help me by telling me how to find a missing file? It's in the
add/remove program... i haven't removed it, but have downloaded it again and
agan. Still when trying to log into my work over the internet and enter my
lotus notes, I always get ICA file not found. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks
