It looks like you have a Trojan dialer on your system. Make sure your
antivirus program is up to date and run a full scan and spyware scans as
well. This is an International phone number. Some of these Trojans will
dial out on a scheduler without any action on your part - if your next phone
bill is X Thousand dollars you'll know why. I suggest keeping the modem
unplugged until you resolve this.
