I really don't know what you are getting on about!

I have Windows XP (NTFS), Windows 2000 (NTFS) and Windows 98se (FAT32) on
one hard drive. They all use a common FAT32 drive to store files/information
on so that it is usable between operating systems. I have been doing things
like this since 1992.
