Thank you for the help. I booted in SAFE MODE and there
was the Security Tab. I didn't need the security tab
since I had already setup the machine with me as the
Administrator (I forgot, CRS). But the boot in safe mode
helped a lot. I needed to do a safe boot to accomplish
the changes I wanted to make. Again, thank you very much
for the information.
