1) This is not the correct ng.
2) Windows 98 can not offer security anywhere near what you are after, if
any at all. If you want to lock out Windows for anyone without the correct
password you will need a product from the NT line (NT 4/2000/XP). Meanwhile,
your best bet is probably to put a password in the BIOS. This way, you will
be required to input a password to even boot the computer. Consult your
computers manual for how to do this.
