Totally agree. The problem lies in the wording of the NG title. For a newbie
it gives them the impression that it is exactly the NG they are looking for.
I guess it's a matter of 'time moves on' & it's now just another MS-XP
'help' NG :-)
The only solution I can see is for regulars to "very politely" recommend
that their query will probably receive more responses if re-sent to the xxx
NG.
