Remember the name of the blocker? Do a "Find" in the Registry for that
program and delete it.
Start/Run/type REGEDIT and click Edit and Find and type the name then click
find
or hit F3 for more entries.
Delete all entries. Be careful you do not delete something that may pertain
to another program.
