The file ntwdm.exe in my System32 folder comes up as infected when I run a
virus scan on my computer. My question is, is this an important file as it
pertains to my computer running normally? When I contacted the support
offered by my virus protection program they told me I should delete it
manually because the program would not. Is this a good idea?
