We still haven't figured out - do you have a question? or replying to
someone else's question? If the latter, you should have "replied" instead
of "posting new" as you have separated the threads - your post just sticks
out there all by itself, without meaning, except as someone ranting/raving
about slow modem connections. We've all been there, done that, if they've
been around PC's for more than 10 years. And you should be lucky you got
14.4 in rural areas of Manitoba - shoot there's been places in south GA USA
where I was lucky to get 300bps, much less 14.4Kps - I would've been in "hog
heaven" could I've gotten 14.4Kps.
