Have a question or are you just ranting/raving? Note: I do get 48k quite
regularly on both my XP and Win2k3 machines when needed, and yes here in the
US you'll never achieve 56k, as I believe the FCC has the phone companies
limited to 52k down, 36k up or some figures close to it.
