Windows 2000 and XP encrypt the passwords; however, if I remember correctly,
Windows 98, ME, and 95 do not encrypt the passwords. I think you need to
get them sync'd up so that they all use one or the other method. Otherwise,
they won't authorize access, as per your case. I think its a regedit hack,
so look on google for the lastest keys.
