I had the same thing.
You could try looking here. This seems to be caused by a virus/trojan or
Avast AV Software.
You can put back the standard version of autoexec.nt by copying a backup
copy held in windows\repair to windows\system32.

Could be caused a trojan or something similar, e.g.
