Hello,

I ran into a problem trying to print from an HP Pavillion 5260US model to an
HP 5110 Series all-in-one-printer where it says there was a system error
occured, please restart your computer etc... I restarted...still getting
blank pages.

I ran the Windows auto- fix error program in the C: Properties > fix
problems (with a restart) and tried to print and all I get is blank pages. I
reinstalled the drivers etc with the 5110 disk and have things in the print
que, but they will not even start to print. I have gone through all
troubleshooting steps and still nothing is happening!

I went to the HP help and support center and have the following error
message:

ESENT
wuaneng.dll (2436) SUS20ClientDataStore: The version store for this instance
(0) has reached its lmaximum size of 4mb. It is likely that a long running
transaction is preventing cleanup of the version store and causing it to
build up in size. Updates will be rejected until the long-running transaction
has been completely committed or rolled back. Possible long-running
transaction: SessionId:0x01680320 Session-context:0x00000000 Session-context
ThredId: oxooooo93C

If I go into the START . PRINTERS & FAXES menue it says the hp Officejet
5110 STATUS is "ready"

Also, I have noticed a new file (program) in my desktop shortcuts at the
bottom called desktop.ini -- I am not sure if this has anything to do with
this problem, but NOTHING is working to get these items printed. I have
restarted the machine several times and am out of ideas. Any help is greatly
appreciated!!

I am running XP Pro SP2 and the new MS AntiSpy program as well, but have
printed since the anti-spy was installed.
