Unless you are a member of a domain, you will not see "Log On To:" in your
Username/Password dialog box. Why? Because you have no choice of what to
log into.. You are logging into your computer.. Unless you are a member of
a domain, you do not have more than one choice. Unless that domain has
other trusted domains (or sub-domains, etc) - then you will only have the
choice of the local machine or the domain.
