boot error

when booting it does a check of my hard disk and finds a error it says.
\windows\system32\spool\printers\fp00001.shd entry is not valid
\windows\system32\spool\printers\fp00001.shd is crosslinked on allocation
unit 426826

then it just sits there and it has been on for over an hour?? what can I do??
