Hi,

When it is uninstalled, files placed in the system folder are deleted, and
registry entries are removed - both are generally permanent. To reinstall
requires doing so from the original media or setup file. Except for some
instances of System Restore or a ghosting program, you generally cannot
recover from a program removal in any other fashion.
