Icon Irritation!!

Hi,

Just installed WinXP with SP2. Everytime I reboot my desktop icons
have rearranged themselves! Even though I've ticked Arrange Icons >
Auto Arrange. It seems to have no effect.

Any ideas anyone? TIA
