problem with xp style buttons and appearence

when switching on my computer my taskbar and appications have black
backgrounds and tabs unseeable. it was lucky that i mangaged to get classic
styled buttons back but now my xp style buttons option ig gone were can i fix
this problem and get back my xp style buttons back.

Can you please help my? Thanks
