My wife's computer has the same problem quite noticable after using Norton
Windoctor or Tweak XP.
Her computer is Hewlett Packard Brio with a Pentium III 733MHz cpu installed
rather than the Celeron that orignally came installed in the computer.
This problem is starting to get a bit annoying I have searched Microsoft
Knowledge Base without any real solutions to fixing the problem.
I have also conducted an Internet search on Google but it didn't turn up any
fruitful information.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, the error message doesn't
appear to cause the system any problems other than an annoying message at
boot.
