Task Bar Time is losing up to 30 minutes daily

I am having a problem with a computer here at the office. It is using
Microsoft XP Home Edition and it is losing up to 30 minutes daily on the task
bar time. When I reboot it corrects it's self, but this system isn't
rebooted everyday. I have read some things about losing time, but none seem
to deal with XP. Anyone have any ideas? You can email me at
