In the Tools menu select Internet Options.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Uncheck Enable Automatic Image Resizing
Uncheck Enable Image Toolbar.
reboot
that will fix the problem. There is a memo about this on the knowledge
base. Once you do this then deleting the temporary files will fix it each
time.
