Mike,

Meanwhile:

Open Services.msc from Start/Run
Double-click "Terminal Services" and set it to Automatic and Start the service
Double-click "Fast User Switching Compatibility" service and set it to Automatic. Start the service.

(*Note down the error messages if any, in either case)

Hi, Bert...I ran the program you suggested, but it didn't find anything wrong
with whatever it was checking. As far as any changes, I don't even know what
"Tweakui" is, so I don't think I changed anything in it...any other ideas?
:) Thanks for checking!
