No, but if you boot to setup CD, and chose Advanced setup, you get a
checkbox for choosing the drive and partitioning it. Remove, and recreate
the partition.

If not possible, boot to cd and recovery console, and use DISKPART to remove
and create a partition, then boot to cd and run setup.
