Help! User accounts button doesn't seem to be working...

When I go into my control panel and press the "User Accounts" button,it
doesn't work and the window doesn't pop up. Although,when I click any of the
other buttons(ex. Accesibility Options) they all work. Gr,anyone know whats
up with it? Has this happened to you before?
